Civic Gardening
One of the core functions of the Lexington Field and Garden Club is Civic Gardening. As part of this mission, our volunteers provide a valuable service to our community by supplying plant material and maintaining the landscaping for public spaces at many locations:
- Buckman Tavern Herb Garden
- Cary-Memorial-Library
- Emery Park
- Hancock Clarke House*
- Lexington Community Center
- Minuteman Statue
- Munroe Tavern Gardens*
- The Mary Garden
- Plus 11 traffic islands
*Most plants are labeled in these gardens.
